Global Executive Development Program: Tsunagu

Tsunagu is a program that selects participants from Group companies around the world as potential future management leaders, with the aim of building relationships among the participants and deepening understanding of the Group. In FY2023, a total of three sessions were held in Edinburgh, London, and Tokyo in collaboration with leading global business schools, making this program a great learning experience for top talents from each region as they worked hard and competed with each other. The program is the Group's premier program, operated with the collective wisdom of both inside and outside the Company, and we will continue our efforts to produce management talent on an ongoing basis through such opportunities.

Program Participants Testimonials

“Tsunagu” means to “connect” in Japanese. The leadership program could not be more reflective of that, where a group of 23 diverse and talented leaders across our group companies established a strong bond during the course. With our combined expertise and leadership qualities, I believe we will be able to collaborate further in new opportunities to further accelerate ブック メーカー 違法ne’s global ambition.

The program started in Edinburgh by performing Shakespeare’s Tempest which played a huge role in getting us united as a team within a week! The sessions by in London by the business school professors were exceptional as well. But the most valuable assets we developed during the program was the tight network and trust amongst 23 leaders which would be further developed towards the successful future of the ブック メーカー 違法ne Group.
