Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (President and カジノ と は CEO: Satoru Komiya, “TMHD”) today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Privilege Underwriters, Inc. and its subsidiaries, a U.S. insurance カジノ と は specialized in the U.S. High Net Worth insurance market, through TMHD’s wholly owned subsidiary, HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc.
