In your opinion, what makes TMNF’s health management initiatives unique?

One of the key aspects of our approach is that over half of the Wellness Promotion Office’s members are nursing professionals, who not only provide direct care to employees, but also play a critical role in policy planning and development. To give you one example, their work, informed by employee feedback through care and other activities, has allowed us to prioritize women's healthcare and implement a variety of initiatives to support the success of our female employees.

Secondly, we emphasize the establishment of clear KPIs and application of the PDCA cycle to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives. The impact of health management measures is not immediate and can be challenging to quantify, Nonetheless, by collaborating with オンライン カジノ キャッシュ バックne dR, a Group Company, specializing in data analysis, we are conducting in-depth analysis of employee health data. This analysis informs the planning and development of our initiatives. With roughly 200 offices nationwide, TMNF is striving to centralize data and improve the service quality of the Health Consultation Office. Our goal is to ensure that all employees, regardless of their location, can receive equitable health support from the company.

Lastly, we recognize the integral role that health support plays in our management and human resource strategies. We view it not just as a company benefit, but as a cornerstone of both the company’s and our employees’ sustainable growth. For example, TMNF is promoting the “age-free” concept, fostering an environment where employee of any age could thrive. Maintaining good health is essential for this to be possible. We are also implementing measures aimed at preventing lifestyle diseases and improving employees’ health from an early age, ensuring that our younger workforce remains active for the decades to come.

What are the key guiding principles in implementing health management initiatives across TMNF?

Insurance is a people’s business, and being an intangible product, it fundamentally relies on the skills and capabilities of our team to deliver value to our customers. As a company driven by the power of people, we place immense value on the physical and mental well-being of our employees. We believe that investing in health management initiatives not only enhances our employees’ health, job satisfaction, and overall well-being, but also plays a vital role in rejuvenating our organization, driving growth, and fulfilling our purpose. This principle guides our team members in their daily responsibilities.

Are there any aspects of health management initiatives that you want to focus on in the future?

First of all, we would like to take a more active stance on enhancing health literacy among our employees. We believe that true health management is only attainable when each employee takes proactive approach towards their health, beyond just relying on company’s support. To this end, we’ve introduced initiatives like Health Promotion Month in October and November, e-learning, and seminars. However, we have observed varying levels of enthusiasm among our staff, and going forward, we plan to further intensify our efforts to elevate health literacy across a broader segment of our employees.

Additionally, we are looking to expand the scope of our health management initiatives; not only within TMNF, but also across our Group Companies in Japan and internationally. Since cultures and health perceptions vary globally, implementing standardized actions poses a challenge. Having said that, we are determined to leverage best practices across the board to enhance health consciousness across the Group. Starting from 2024, we are setting June as オンライン カジノ キャッシュ バックne Wellness Month, with an ambition to launch initiatives that reach a global audience across the Group.

Looking Ahead

People often take their health for granted, only recognizing its importance and value once its compromised. I believe that a crucial part of our mission is enhance health among our employees and to maximize their capabilities through health-oriented support. We are committed to enhancing our health management moving forward in line with the オンライン カジノ キャッシュ バックne Group Wellness Charter.
